Does a quote cost anything, or obligate me?
No. Quoting is free and there is no obligation to buy. We are paid a commission by the carrier only if you choose to place coverage with us.
Will you sell my information to other agencies?
Never. What you send goes to our agency management system and to the carriers we quote on your behalf. We do not sell or share leads with third-party marketers.
How quickly will I hear back?
Most requests submitted during business hours are answered the same day. Commercial policies with complex exposures can take two to three days, because underwriters review them individually.
Can I switch carriers in the middle of a policy term?
Usually yes. Most policies can be cancelled mid-term with a pro-rata refund of unused premium. We compare the refund against the new premium before recommending a move.
What do you need from me to start?
Names, addresses, dates of birth for drivers, and the year, make and model of any vehicles. For property, the year built and square footage. A current declarations page covers most of it in one document.
